These are the main groups of rules the game follows when determining a
player's bid. They appear similar to what you might see in a book on
bidding. The groups numbered and in bold are headers used to separate
the groups by their function.
At the start of a player's bid, the game decides which group of rules is appropriate for the player's particular situation. For example, suppose it is the player's turn to open the bidding. Either the player dealt or everyone before has passed. In such a case, the game would use the group named opening the bidding. |
